Rysun’s Journey Began
In August 2001 as Krish Technologies, with a focus on product engineering and early work across retail and entertainment. From those early years, the company moved steadily into enterprise application development, global delivery, healthcare IT, hospitality platforms, data, cloud, security, AI, and digital transformation.
Over 25 years, the company evolved through three distinct chapters: Krish Technologies, Krish Compusoft Services, and Rysunlabs. Each chapter added new capabilities, stronger delivery maturity, deeper client relationships, and wider global reach.
Today, Rysun stands at the intersection of AI, Data, and Digital, carrying forward the same spirit with which the journey began: building practical technology solutions that help organizations move ahead with confidence.

2001
The beginning
Rysun’s story began in August 2001 with the founding of Krish Technologies. The company started with product engineering services and early work across retail and entertainment.

2003
First customer experience solutions
The company began building systems that shaped everyday experiences. Its work in the movie and mall-going space in India came together through the Multiplex Management System, while a multi-brand, multilingual e-marketplace was built for a Polish retailer.

2004
Breaking new ground
Krish Technologies digitized India’s first banking employee union system, bringing technology into a space that had long depended on manual processes.

2006
Growth in entertainment and procurement
The company reached top market share in Gujarat’s entertainment industry and became the second-largest player across India. It also built e-procurement and live auction platforms for logistics, digitized operations for leading building material suppliers, grew to a team of 20, and established its first corporate office.

2007
The launchpad
The Enterprise Application Development & Delivery Center was set up, with a focus on web and mobile application development. The company was incorporated as KCS Pvt. Ltd., grew to 50 people.

2008
Designful thinking
UX and UI design became a core capability. KCS became an offshore product engineering partner for US-based clients, expanded into financial services and the Middle East, participated in GITEX Dubai for the first time, and moved into a larger workplace to support growth.

2009
Quality in focus
KCS achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification. The year also strengthened the company’s culture through team experiences that brought people together beyond day-to-day delivery work.

2010
Health matters
A dedicated healthcare division opened a new chapter. H-Connect combined machine learning, remote health monitoring and a digital health wallet, supported by collaborations with global institutions and nonprofit organizations.

2011
Big strides
KCS expanded globally by establishing an onshore development center in the United States and securing its first major global enterprise consulting account. In India, it opened one of its largest development centers, built a dedicated SharePoint competency, grew its team to 75, and launched eCube, a SaaS platform for the hospitality industry.

2012
Golden wins
KCS delivered an award-winning consumer app for a leading power utility and expanded operations across EMEA

2013
Data everywhere
The Data & Analytics Center of Excellence was launched. KCS expanded its presence to the UK, introduced iNet and eDocs, and served customers across 15 countries.

2014
Covering new ground
KCS expanded operations to South Africa, launched TrackNet for the logistics industry, grew to a team of 120, and became a Microsoft Silver Partner.

2015
Quality, level up
The company launched SmartTown, a residential community platform, and achieved ISO 27001 certification. It also strengthened multi-language application development, added another development center in India, and advanced its Microsoft partnership journey by becoming a gold partner.

2016
Global exposure
KCS began its first onsite engagement in Japan, participated again in GITEX Dubai, and took part in MAPCON 2016. The company also created a separate development center for open-source technology and became a member of NASSCOM, GESIA, and CII.

2017
Expanding presence
Global engagement accelerated through IndiaSoft, a second Japan onsite and SharePoint Fest Chicago. The MSAMB application for the Government of Maharashtra demonstrated public-sector impact, while CMMI Level 3 strengthened process maturity.

2018
Expanding the edge
KCS grew to 275 people and established a stronger presence in the Bay Area. FutureTech Meetups, technology festivals, and Microsoft Inspire reflected a continued investment in capability building, community engagement, and global visibility.

2019
Purpose-driven technology
The company built a solution to improve the lives of persons with special needs, enabled automation for Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, and presented Konfluence at Microsoft Inspire 2019.

2020
Good governance
KCS designed citizen-centric digital experiences and launched the Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence. The company achieved Level 2 BEE rating in South Africa, delivered solutions for Indian Railways and large-scale public systems, and opened modern workplaces in Ahmedabad and Pune.
The year also included digital transformation work for the world’s largest stadium, and the launch of SAHAYAK for SAP to deliver SAP support services.

2021
Scale and speed
KCS opened its Florida office and achieved CMMI Level 5 DEV V2.0. The acquisition of Biarca, Inc. added new capabilities and strengthened the company’s security culture. The year also saw expansion in Hyderabad and the launch of structured internship programs.

2022
Moving in on innovation
KCS developed facial recognition solutions for the education sector, expanded with advanced research and delivery centers, and grew to a team of more than 500 people.

2023
Powering up possibilities
The company entered a new era as Rysun, unveiling a bold brand identity and expanding its focus across technology, consulting, and product-led solutions. Rysun also showcased its FinTech capabilities at Digital Finance Africa and partnered with the Government of Rajasthan to develop an app for mobility solutions.

2024
Retail, AI, and community
Rysun participated in Shoptalk 2024, bringing AI-led retail conversations to a global stage. The company featured its expertise at the Ahmedabad AI Summit and collaborated with M365 and SPConsol to host an exclusive women-in-technology meetup. The same year, they showcased their AI-powered incident reporting solution at the 50th All-India Police Science Congress, contributing to the use of AI in law enforcement and public safety. Rysun also became an AWS Select Tier Partner.

2025
Scaling global momentum
Rysun renewed its CMMI Level 5 certification and entered a strategic collaboration with Andersen to strengthen AI transformation capabilities. The company advanced to AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner status, achieved Microsoft Solution Partner designation for Modern Work, and became an Adobe Bronze Solution Partner.
The year also included participation in CommerceNext 2025, the launch of XChange as a platform for employee voices, and participation in CIO Insight Summit NA 2025.

2026
Silver Jubilee year
Rysun entered its Silver Jubilee year, celebrating 25 years since its founding in 2001. The year brought new milestones across academia, AI, cloud, and global partnerships, including collaboration with Gujarat Biotechnology University, participation at NRF and AI Impact Summit 2026, AWS AI Competency, Microsoft Solutions Partner status across multiple areas, Adobe Silver Solutions Partner designation, Amazon Redshift and AWS Glue Delivery designations, and Google Cloud Services Select Partner status. Looking ahead: Infinite Possibilities As Rysun marks 25 years, its journey continues with a clear focus on practical AI, strong data foundations, modern digital engineering, and technology solutions that create measurable value for clients.
