We recently introduced something a little different to the team — an opportunity to gain insight into how an industry peer is leveraging AI across its entire product suite. Rather than discussing theoretical possibilities, we were able to see firsthand how AI is being applied in practice.

During the session, they demonstrated how their AI capabilities can extract client documents and instantly generate polished proposals, complete with contextual prompts. They’ve also embedded AI into various SaaS platforms, enabling direct command execution, and developed a suite of specialized AI agents designed to accelerate distinct workflows.

To ensure the broader team could benefit, we hosted a 30-minute session featuring a recording of the conversation. This wasn’t just a product showcase — it served as a catalyst for deeper thinking about how AI is being implemented across the industry and how we might consider applying similar approaches within our own context.
