Rysun Launchpad: Welcoming 30 New Interns to the Team
The People Team at Rysun led a thoughtfully structured intern hiring drive that brought fresh energy and promising talent into the organization. The drive resulted in the successful onboarding of 30 interns across multiple functions.
The initiative was conducted in well-planned batches and kicked off with an opening session by Jeet Vyas, Assistant Manager – People Team, who set the tone with a comprehensive overview of Rysun. He walked candidates through our vision, the kind of work we do, our growth mindset, and the culture that defines life at Rysun, helping them understand not just what we do, but how we work together.
The selection process was designed to be both rigorous and engaging. It included group discussions to assess collaboration and thinking, followed by technical and practical interviews to evaluate real-world skills, and concluded with HR conversations to ensure alignment with Rysun’s values and expectations.
This drive was a true cross-team effort. Multiple interview panels came together, with strong support from the People Team, Admin Team, and Support Team, ensuring smooth coordination and a positive candidate experience throughout.
