As Rysun approaches its 25-year milestone, the recent workshop on Impact Files and the Rysun Reel Challenge was designed with one clear purpose: to bring everyone into the celebration by capturing the stories that define who we are and how we’ve grown.

The workshop walked teams through how to create meaningful impact files that reflect real contributions, moments of problem-solving, client wins, lessons learned, and growth journeys. Alongside this, the Rysun Reel Challenge opened a more creative lane, encouraging short-form storytelling that brings energy, personality, and lived experiences to the forefront. Together, these initiatives are not formats or tools; they are about ownership of our shared narrative.

Twenty-five years is not just a milestone in time. It is the cumulative result of thousands of individual efforts, decisions, risks, and commitments made by people across teams.
