The drive resulted in the successful onboarding of 30 interns across multiple functions.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative was conducted in well-planned batches and kicked off with an opening session by Jeet Vyas, Assistant Manager \u2013 People Team, who set the tone with a comprehensive overview of Rysun. He walked candidates through our vision, the kind of work we do, our growth mindset, and the culture that defines life at Rysun, helping them understand not just what we do, but how we work together.<\/p>\n<p>The selection process was designed to be both rigorous and engaging. It included group discussions to assess collaboration and thinking, followed by technical and practical interviews to evaluate real-world skills, and concluded with HR conversations to ensure alignment with Rysun\u2019s values and expectations.<\/p>\n<p>This drive was a true cross-team effort.
